Brad brings a varied real estate background to his position as President of Maverick Partners. Beginning his career in New York City as an investment sales specialist with Manhattan-based Massey Knakal Realty Services, Brad closed over $75 million in investment property sales. He currently serves as Vice President for T.O.W., Inc., a local development company that presently has in excess of $10 million under construction. Brad created the concept for Maverick Partners with the belief that real estate brokers should provide truly valuable services to the transaction process with knowledge of construction techniques, financial modeling and negotiation strategies. Brad is a graduate of East Carolina University, and is actively involved with the Historic Preservation Society of Durham, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
